Shipments and returns


Packages are generally dispatched within 24 hours after confirmation of your order and are shipped via the French Post Colissimo International service with tracking and signature on delivery. If you would prefer to use a different carrier, please contact us (depending on your chosen carrier, additional costs may apply). Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. They may include a fixed element and a variable element based on the total price or total weight of the order. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect your goods.

Unless specifically provided otherwise, all goods ordered online benefit from our Money-Back Guarantee. This means that customers may cancel any purchase of goods within 7 working days of receiving such goods, by logging in to their customer account (on the “order history” page) .

Our Money-Back Guarantee shall not apply to damaged goods or goods that have been altered in any way compared to their original state. It shall also not apply when goods have been purchased pursuant to a special offer or special promotional sale.
